Below are a few of the initiatives we’ve put in place to ensure that our talented team remain engaged and continue to develop, personally and professionally:

• Individual induction programme for new starters - during their first week you’ll meet key people from across the business and start to understand how it all works, what your role within it is, and how you can best contribute to – and benefit from – working with us at The Hospital Club.

• Career development - we encourage all staff to develop their careers by pursuing new opportunities within the company.

• Performance management - managers have weekly one-to-one sessions with their staff to ensure effective communication and regular feedback. Bi-annual reviews take place in January and July where past performance is reviewed, new goals set and a development plan put in place.

• Formal qualification sponsorship is provided where we can support our staff’s professional development by funding tuition fees for approved, work-related courses.
