We offer bars, lounges, a restaurant, a 3D cinema screen and gallery as well as state of the art music and television production facilities.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join our Club kitchen team. The ideal candidate must be able to deliver exceptional standards of service within Food & Beverage Operations, the ability to lead, encourage, inspire and support team members and to work with the Head Chef to produce Club & Event menus that are at once playful in design, intriguing in concept, and respectful of seasonality and provenance. You must have strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure and be a real team player. Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential.
We are looking for an organised and hard-working individual with a proven track record of achievement, a sense of fun and creativity and the ability to encourage high standards of learning.

Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger to join our team. The Purchase Ledger’s role is to support the Head of Finance in the timely payment of and accurate management of the Company’s suppliers, and to ensure that the Company’s purchasing policies and procedures are adhered to. The Purchase Ledger’s responsibilities include coding and posting purchase ledger invoices, matching F&B invoices against Purchase Orders, arranging all supplier payments by BACS/Cheque runs, dealing with supplier queries and reconciling supplier statements on a monthly basis.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with computerised systems (Microsoft Excel essential), possess a high level of organisational skills with the ability to deal with conflicting priorities and meet deadlines, be driven to attain the highest standard of customer service, be a self-starter, able to work well under pressure and have an interest in studying for an accountancy qualification.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant - Sales Ledger. The Sales Ledger’s role is to support the Head of Finance in ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition processes are applied and adhered to throughout the business, as well as to ensure the timely collection and accurate management of the Company’s debtors. The Sales Ledger’s responsibilities include raising sales ledger invoices, maintaining the Sales Ledger day book, recording receipts onto both the cash book and the finance system, liaising with internal departments to finalise billing, performing the daily “cash-up” including investigating any variances, reconciling credit card and Amex statements, dealing with customer queries and chasing debts.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with computerised systems (Microsoft Excel essential), possess a high level of organisational skills with the ability to deal with conflicting priorities and meet deadlines (preferably with some credit control experience), possess a strong customer care ethos and good interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have an interest in studying for an accountancy qualification.

Chef de Partie

The ideal candidate must be passionate about food and have a good eye for detail to ensure that our Members and Client Events are delivered to our very high standards of quality and presentation. You must be organised and hard-working, with a proven track record of achievement. Previous experience of working in a similar environment and the ability to encourage high standards is desired, along with a sense of fun and creativity.

Studio Broadcast Engineer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Studio Broadcast Engineer to join The Hospital Club Studio Team
Reporting into the Studio Manager, this role is to provide engineering for the studio. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of production requirements and the need to react in an appropriate professional manner to issues arising during production work.
Your role will be to develop maintenance schedules, procedures for maintaining equipment and keep appropriate records and to perform maintenance where required.
As an important point of contact for new and existing clients, you will build and develop good relationships with production personnel and suppliers. You will be expected to assist production teams during line-up/set-up/performance as and when required. This role will also be responsible for reporting to management any issues or ideas which could affect or enhance the studio operation.
You will be responsible for supervising other engineering support staff, freelancers and other technical contractors when on site.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working in a similar creative environment, preferably in a comparable role. You will be commercially aware, with strong IT skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook and database knowledge preferred) and excellent customer service and communications skills. You will need a flexible approach (including hours), strong organisational skills, an "eye for detail" and the ability to work as part of a team.
