Once you have decided to hold your wedding or civil ceremony at The Hospital Club the fun starts! We’ll invite you to meet your dedicated (and experienced) wedding co-ordinator to discuss your every need, thought and desire. Then, we’ll then create a mood board full of suggestions and ideas to inspire further discussion. From there we will work closely with you until everything is exactly as you wish.

Our service is flexible and attuned to your wishes through out all the planning stages. We create a tailor made package just for you.  To help with the many choices though we have created a menu of three different offers to suit every requirement and budget. Depending on which you choose our service includes securing and booking the following: - Event furniture - Design features – lighting, props, wall dressings, etc. - Banqueting equipment – cutlery, crockery, glassware and linens - Stationery - invitations, menus, order of service, table plan - Entertainment

We can also with all other needs, such as photographers, videographers, transport…in fact whatever you need, even your dress!
